TEST TUBE MOMMY is my personal journey through the fertility process. With a pound of humor, a dash of “heartwrench” and a peppering of empathy, I write about the adventures of being a human pin cushion, the arduous process of in-vitro fertilization, my high-risk pregnancy—preterm labor and months of bed rest through a New York City heat wave—not to mention the tsunami of emotions that went with this whole ordeal.
