She has written and sung on jingles, has been a vocal arranger for live acts and album projects, has toured with name acts performing keyboards/ vocals as well as working in cabarets, night clubs, and more piano bars than she'd care to count. Venues she has performed in over the years include The Bottom Line, The Village Gate, The Bitter End and Tramps. She has also played city-sponsored events such as the New York Daily News Summer Concert series, Jazz Vespers at St. Peter's Citicorp Center, "First Night," and has performed her songs in churches with some of the finest gospel choirs in the NY community. Over the years she has brought in great talent to record and perform her songs— the ever-continuing project she umbrellas under the name "The Rosalinde Block Party." Below are just a few of the many wonderful artists Rosalinde has had the honor to work with:

"Singer/songwriter Rosalinde Block has the sultriness of Dusty Springfield and a wealth of material reminiscent of classic Motown spiced with a dash of Steely Dan. She blows me away."
-Louis Levin Management
I was recently exposed to your music through "Angel's Nu-Soul Explosion". I was absolutely blown away by "Isn't It Love" and "Never Known Love".
Your style is refreshing. It's just the kind of music that makes a person feel good all over. It's a wonderful thing to discover artists who were previously unknown to me yet are so talented. You and Angel Rissoff are two of the best artists I have come across in quite some time. I am just really impressed with your voice, style, songs and arrangements. I look forward to hearing more of your material.
Regards,

Angel, This cd is a hit if there ever was one. My favorite tunes are "Soothe You" and the collaboration you do with Rosalinde, "Isn't It Love". I don't know where you met up with her, but she is something special. The two of you are the best artists I've found in a long time. Keep up the outstanding work. Not only that, but your choice of material is always really, really good. I'm located in southern Virginia near Greensboro, NC. If you ever perform anywhere near this area, please let me know. I'd like to be there.By the way, does Rosalinde pronounce her name like Rosa-Linda or Rosalind? Regards,
-"Jazzman"

Rosalinde: I have been meaning to write to you. I saw you one night at Prohibition in Manhattan. You and your group are uplifting. I love your personality, your voice and your energy. I think "California" or "I Finally Found Your Love" is my favorite. Oh, I like "Faith is like a River" too! I wish more people would appreciate you band. I assume the songs are about you, your son, your cat and your adventures.Your voice is so smooth and as I listen to " Til I make it to the top" I can still see the sincere look on your face as you sing. That night was great. I will be back. I keep checking at your web site for more dates. Good luck and I will see you soon.
-Peace, Larry
“Doin’ On” is a party album, a very enjoyable one. Rosalinde Block’s singing is smooth and sexy. Her songs are well crafted and catchy. With good musicians surrounding her she has created a disc that is a joy to listen, for fans of soul music with a twist.
